WHY I CREATED THIS
HI, I'M RACHAEL
- and this work is personal for me.
I became a mom at 16 and spent years thinking I was defective and missing some sort of vital gene. I overthought everything, rejected myself, felt ashamed - and strove for perfection to override those feelings.
But underneath all of that was just someone who needed love, safety, and compassion. From me.
That’s when everything started to change.
I’m now a hypnotherapist, mindset & self-love coach, with 15+ years of experience helping people break free from anxiety, shame, and self-doubt.
But more importantly—I’m someone who has lived it.
I created the Be Your Own Best Friend Forever Challenge because learning how to be there for myself changed everything—and I want that for you too.
You can still be productive, have goals for yourself and want more in life - it's just about learning to work with yourself instead of against yourself.
